| BAPO has been in
existence for 19 years and has historically focused on an annual
academic meeting. More recently we have had a greater input in the
current climate of protocols and guidelines providing advice to ENT UK
the main professional organisation for ENT surgeons in the UK. We
are now expanding our role in education by providing a website that has
key presentations, documents and links as well as discussion groups and
an online journal.
Our meetings are open to all interested health
care professionals. Allied health professionals who have abstracts
accepted for oral presentation attend the annual meeting gratis.
We are keen to involve trainees in the Association so please contact us
if you have IT or publishing skills. There is a trainee
representative on the council elected at the September meeting so get
canvassing! |
